These vacation rental units are located in one of the best areas in Ketchikan for whale watching and shoreline fishing. The house is situated so close to the water's edge you can watch the active sea life right from the cozy sofa. Otter, seals, orca and humpback whales are frequently seen.  Eagles nest close by and are often seen perched on a pole near the water or pulling a salmon from the ocean.

All of the suites have a private deck that face the ocean.  We guarantee you will see wildlife of some kind every day of your stay.

Three Suites and One Room details are listed below...
The Orca Suite is a completely equipped 450 sq. ft. one-bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower. This unit has large windows that wrap around the living room & dining room area. Amenities in this suite include; a private deck with barbecue, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, Wireless Internet, and Smart TV.  The smart tv has many free channels.
5 night minimum stay required
Rate: $175 per night double occupancy - Maximum 2 persons

Aleksandra's Seaside Suite is a 600 sq. ft. one-bedroom suite with; a queen size bed and an extra long twin bed. This suite has a handy kitchenette with a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. The bedroom is large with a queen and a twin size bed, and a large desk. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. This suite has an incredible view with large picture windows that face the ocean. Amenities in this suite include; iron & ironing board, hair dryer, and Wireless Internet. There is Smart TV.  *Aleksandra's Seaside Suite and Natasha's Room (have an adjoining door) when rented together provides a perfect set-up for 2 couples traveling together who would like private rooms with private baths and would like to share the living room/kitchen area.

504-Aleks-View
The Whale Watch Suite - is a 900 sq. ft two-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed in the master bedroom that can be made up as 2 twins. The second bedroom has a double bed. The large windows that wrap around from the living room to the dining room provide a spectacular view. The fully equipped kitchen has everything to make a long stay very comfortable. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Amenities in this suite include; iron & ironing board, hair dryer, Wireless Internet, a 52" flat screen TV with Roku box. This unit is perfect for a relocating family or job related travel assignment. (Natasha's Room adjoins to this suite to make 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.)

Rate: $210 per night for up to 2 people
Maximum 4 persons, $25 for ea additional person
Minimum stay of 7 nights required in this suite.

Natasha's Room - is a 175 sq. ft. room with private entry, a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower and a beautiful ocean view. This is our bonus room - it has privacy doors on both sides of the room that connect the room to either the Whale Watch Suite (to make 3 bedrooms, 2 baths) or Aleksandra's Seaside Suite (to make 2 bedrooms, 2 baths). This room does not have a T.V.  **Aleksandra's Seaside Suite and Natasha's Room when rented together provides a perfect set-up for 2 couples traveling together who would like private rooms with private baths and would like to share the Kitchen.
5 night minimum stay required on this room.
Rate: $125 per night double occupancy - Maximum 2 persons
 Special Rate - $75 per night when rented with a joining suite.

This is one of the best places in Ketchikan for shoreline fishing.

All of the suites have private decks with barbeques and they all share the same wonderful open view. All guests at the Inn are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the guest laundry room.
