These
vacation rental units are located only 2 miles from downtown Ketchikan. The house
is as close as you can get to the ocean. This is a busy waterway
where all of the large ships come through on the way in or out
of the Ketchikan harbor. Otter, seals,
orca and
humpback whales are frequently seen. There are eagles
that regularly perch on a pole near
the water. The view is ever changing and the activity of the
waterway of the Tongass Narrows is very entertaining.
There are
two one bedroom suites on the upper level, the Starboard Suite
and the Portside Suite. The Captain's Suite is on the lower
level and has three bedroom with three bathrooms. All of the
suites have decks that face the ocean.

This
view overlooking the Tongass Narrows and the city of Ketchikan is
amazing. During the day you will see all of the ships passing
through the channel on the way into port in Ketchikan. In the
evening you will see the beautiful lights of downtown Ketchikan
twinkling on the ocean waters. The deck is a wonderful place to
relax and enjoy one of the best views in Ketchikan. This is truly a one of a kind
view. |

Captain's Suite;
is a completely equipped 2000 sq. ft. three-bedroom suite with a
fully equipped kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms have a
private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed size bed and
a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an extra
long twin bed and a private bath. The third bedroom has a
queen-size bed and a private bath. This large unit has big
windows that wrap around the living room & dining room area. It
also has a private laundry room with washer and dryer. Amenities
in this suite include; a private deck with barbecue, iron &
ironing board, hair dryers, wireless internet and premium cable
TV.
