This is one of our nicest listed vacation properties and one of the most beautiful waterfront homes in Ketchikan. The house is situated along the rocky shore, tucked away among the Cedar, Hemlock and Spruce trees only a short distance to Knudson Cove Marina or Clover Pass Resort and just steps away from some of the best fishing in the world!

The decks hang out over the water at high tide and pretty flower pots are sprinkled along the walkways. This is a cozy and relaxing home to come back to after a day of fishing.

Choose to stay in one of the two private suites; the Halibut Suite or the Salmon Suite.  The Halibut Suite has a queen bed, private bath, and a deck with a beautiful ocean view.  The Salmon Suite has two extra long twins and a sofa bed and chairs.

The Halibut Suite   (a one room suite)
The Halibut Suite is an open design studio suite. Your view is open to the ocean. You can enjoy watching as the boats pass, the fish jump and even whale watch!

The suite is completely private with a private entry and deck with a barbecue. It has a coffee bar with microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot and a small bar sink. There is a queen bed, sofa and table and chairs. The bathroom in this suite is beautifully tiled and has an extra large walk-in shower.

Amenities include Wireless Internet and cable with a flat screen TV. The waterside of the suite is filled with windows and has a beautiful ocean view.

Rates for the Halibut Suite:
$185 double occupancy

The Salmon Suite   (a one room suite)
The Salmon Suite is a completely private one room suite with it's own private entry and private bath. It can sleep up to 4 people.

The suite is spacious and has two extra long twin beds as well as a sitting area with a cozy sofa, chairs and a TV. This room has a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot. The sofa is a queen sleeper for additional guests.

This suite does not have a view.

Amenities in the Salmon Suite include Wireless Internet, cable and a flat screen TV.

$165 double occupancy (twins)
$35 for ea additional person using the sofa sleeper
