This fabulous waterfront property is only 3 miles from Knudson Cove Marina. It is also close to Totem Bite State Park, a convenience store, a short drive to Ward Lake and a quick 10 minute drive to downtown.

This waterfront vacation suite was completely renovated in 2014 so everything is new. It is a very spacious one bedroom suite. It has a large master bedroom with a queen bed, a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and an extra bonus room with two twin beds. It is located only 3 miles from Knudson Cove Marina and not far from a convenience store. There is a stairway that leads down to the beach. The beach is great for beachcombing or a beach fire for a hot dog roast. It has a large private outdoor deck with a gas barbeque. Relax on the deck chairs and watch the sunset over the ocean. Spectacular!
