is very roomy with 1,500
sq ft of living space. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed,
walk-in closet and a
private master bathroom with a large 2 person walk-in shower. The
second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a walk-in closet. The main bathroom
is across the hall from the second bedroom and it has a
tub/shower combination.
There is a
water view from every room! Large picture windows wrap around the
master bedroom, living room & dining room
area framing an amazing ocean view. It has a large open
galley type kitchen fit for a chef. It also has a separate
office/den with a desk and comfortable office chair.
One of the nicest features of this house is the enclosed
deck with glass railings for a total unobstructed view of
the ocean. The deck has comfortable seating and a gas
barbeque.
The location is perfect! It is only 4 miles from downtown, 3
miles to Herring Cove, 1 mile to rotary beach and a quick
walk to Mountain Point where you will find some of the best
shoreline fishing in Ketchikan. A 5 mile long bike/walking
trail runs in front of the house.
