The hosts live in the main house above and are available to answer questions or give advise on tours or local fishing charters. The roomy, modern kitchen is perfect for the chef in your group.

The location is very convenient for business travelers who like to be on the west end on Third Avenue, not far from the high school, the Plaza and the hospital.  The Rainbird Trail is a popular hiking trail that is also very close by. The hike to the top of the trail offers an awesome bird's eye view of Ketchikan and a wonderful photo opportunity.

Your hosts live in the upper level of the home and are available to answer any questions. The completely private vacation rental unit is on the lower level of the home. It has a pretty landscaped yard with flowers and shrubs that line the grassy patio just outside the door. There is also a charcoal grill for guests to use.  (guest entrance side)

 

The living room window looks out over the pretty yard.

The kitchen is very well equipped for the traveler who enjoys eating in.

Both bedrooms are equal in size and have a queen bed.

Travelers will appreciate the convenience of the private washer and dryer.

The street side front of the house is also nicely landscaped with trees, flowers, shrubs and rock work. A beautiful and welcoming first impression for our guests!
