a quiet neighborhood. The scenery defies description and

from downtown Ketchikan, a mile from the busy west-end
shopping district, 1/2 mile from the Alaska Marine
Highway terminal, 3/4 mile from Ketchikan International
Airport ferry and 3/4 mile from the hospital. The city
bus stops only a block from the front door.
The apartment is completely private with its own entrance. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a queen size sofa sleeper and a full bath. There is one off street
parking spot. There are no stairs
into the apartment you can walk from the parking area
right in to the apartment. This property works well for travelers working temporarily for the hospital because of the close distance to the hospital. Call for extended stay rates. |
