The three bedroom and the studio on the upper floor are short term furnished rentals and the two bedroom on the lower floor is an unfurnished long term rental that is currently occupied. The short-term rentals are completely furnished and equipped. The three bedroom is a roomy 1,500 square ft with a large living room with fireplace, a roomy kitchen with bar, a large dining room table and 1.5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has two extra long twins. It has a large private deck and the house is surrounded by beautiful trees.  There is ample parking both in front and behind the house. It has enough off-street parking for a few cars. This house is located only 5 miles north of the airport parking lot.
